What qualifies as a proof of residency?
We prefer the following documents as proof of residential address:
- Utility bill
- Rates notice
- Membership letter which includes your NT address
All documents must be current (dated within the last 3 months). Other official documentation may be accepted as long as the name and address matches the voucher registration and bonus claim forms. Addresses must be located in the NT.
Using your NT driver licence
If you wish to use an NT drivers licence as proof of address, please black out the photo, licence number and date of birth. This information is not needed for your bonus claim.
